Refund Policy

Tribal People Recipes is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks immediate, lifetime access to our recipes and exclusive videos. This policy explains when refunds are available. It does not affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
1. Digital content & immediate access
When your payment is completed, access to the full content is granted instantly. By purchasing, you ask us to provide the content immediately and you acknowledge that, once access has been granted, the purchase is generally non-refundable.
2. EU/UK right of withdrawal
Consumers in the EU and UK normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, this right is lost once supply has begun with your prior consent. When you complete checkout you give that consent and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day withdrawal right. This does not remove your rights if the content is faulty or not as described.
3. When we will give a refund
We will provide a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate charge);
- A technical fault on our side prevents you from accessing the content and we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time;
- The purchase was clearly unauthorised or fraudulent;
- A refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.
4. How to request a refund
Email inparlorpk@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with the email address used at checkout and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.
5. After a refund
When a refund is issued, access associated with that purchase is removed. We may decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse, such as downloading or redistributing content before requesting a refund.
