Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial

Every new member gets 3 days free. We email you the day before it ends. Cancel any time before then from Account → Billing and nothing is charged.

Cancelling

Cancel whenever you like, in one tap, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; there are no further charges and nothing else to do.

Refunds

• Monthly: charges for a month that has already started are not refunded, because you have had access to the plan for that period.
• Yearly: if you cancel within 14 days of the first yearly charge and have not downloaded more than a handful of PDFs, we refund the yearly payment in full. After 14 days, yearly payments are not refunded but access continues to the end of the year.
• Our mistake: duplicate charges, charges after a confirmed cancellation, or a service outage lasting more than 48 hours are always refunded in full.
• Statutory rights: nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.

To request a refund email hello@tribalpeopleshop.com from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original card by Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
