Tribal People Guess the Gadget
About this video
Tribal People Try, away from the food. "Tribal People Guess the Gadget" belongs to the technology side of the channel, where the village meets the rest of the world one thing at a time.
About these episodes
The technology episodes: smartphones, drones, VR headsets, robot vacuums, electric cars, 3D printers — things that are ordinary in a city and new in a village where the electricity still goes off for hours a day.
What to expect
The questions are practical: what is it for, how much does it cost, who fixes it when it breaks. VR headsets get the biggest reactions; robot vacuums get the most suspicion.
The village view
Most of the tribe have a basic phone and a television. Anything beyond that is examined like a visitor from another planet, and the jokes write themselves.
This episode
It's a Short, under a minute, straight to the reaction.
