The cookbook itself is excellent. I appreciate that you tried to stick to measurements used in the US, such as Cups, Tablespoons, etc. Thats smart as I suspect most of your buyers will be from the US. I also appreciate that its likely very expensive for you to actually Print, and Bind, and distribute physical copies of the cookbook, so for your purposes right now, the digital copy is the best way to go. However, someday possibly youll be able to offer physical copies that get mailed? It was going to cost me over $130 USD to print and bind the cookbook; so I only printed a few recipes and likely will loose the PDF file. Thats also probably just me and my being“low tec”.

I did make one of the recipes and couldnt find the correct Biryani Masala spice locally, so used the Garam Masala spice I could find. Therefore, Im not sure if its taste was accurate. I will try more recipe's.
