Tribal People Try Eggs

Eggs cooked every way: American scrambled, French omelette, Japanese tamagoyaki, Scotch eggs, eggs Benedict, century eggs. The videos range from breakfast dishes to genuinely challenging preserved eggs.

Soft, runny eggs are the point of contention. Village eggs are fried hard or scrambled dry with onion and green chilli; a runny yolk or a loose French scramble looks undercooked to most first-timers.

Anda paratha is breakfast. Every egg dish gets compared to the way a mother in the village makes it, and the village way usually has chilli in it.

If you cook it: Low heat and take them off before they look done.
